During the Spring Festival holiday, I was so upset that I couldn't go out at home, so I called my aunt and cousin by phone and on the right. When they came, the grown-ups made dumplings, and my cousin and I closed the door to play computer, and heard mother and aunt whispering outside. After a while, I went out to dinner with my cousin, and the hot dumplings were served at the table. I picked up a jiaozi with chopsticks, took a bite, and then hurried out, the hot chocolate inside me hot. "Strange, how could there be chocolate?" I said to myself, I ate that one, and I picked one up, and I took a little bit of it, and it was the filling of the egg. We were more surprised, and one by one we ate: egg yolks, crisp candy, sausages, dates, apples... There is so much variety that there is no such thing in a dish. Far and away the most important holiday in China is Spring Festival, also known as the Chinese New Year. To the Chinese people it is as important as Christmas to people in the West. The dates for this annual celebration are determined by the lunar calendar rather than the GREgorian calendar.

so the timing of the holiday varies from late January to early February. To the ordinary Chinese, the festival actually begins on the eve of the lunar New Year's Day and ends on the fifth day of the first month of the lunar calendar. But the 15th of the first month, which normally is called the Lantern Festival, means the official end of the Spring Festival in many parts of the country.

Spring Festival is the most importantand popular festival in China.Before Spring Festival ,the people usually clean and decorate their houses.And they go to the Flower Fairs to buy some flowers.During Spring Festival ,the adults usually give lucky money to children.People often get together and have a big meal.Some people eat dumpling for dinner.
