Today, I’m going to share with you a place where I usually/often go to relax/read and write/ hang out with my friends, which is a small café/restaurant near my company/my house named “ABC”
– As a full-time employee/student, I have to go to work/ school 5 days a week; therefore, the only time that I can visit this place is on weekends. I always try to make time for my little trip to “ABC” café every Saturday or Sunday.
– The coffee house is located on a quiet street with a lot of trees planted on both sides. Additionally, it has a patio with hanging gardens which I like very much; it makes me feel like I‟m sitting in a garden of my own.
– Separated from the hustle and bustle of the city life in Hanoi, this place allows me to sit quietly and reflect, relaxing after a week of hard work. I can concentrate on a personal project such as reading or writing in my journal without being interrupted by other people.
– It serves great coffee, tea, and cakes, thus, the place always smells very nice. In addition, the employees are also friendly and helpful.
– Sometimes, I go there with my friends. Over a nice cup of coffee/tea, we share our stories and smell the beautiful scent of the flowers. At that moment, we can escape from reality for a little while and enjoy ourselves even more.

“I’m going to talk about a leader that I really look up to, who probably inspire me the most in my whole life. His name is X.X.X, a very famous leader of the Chinese martial arts in my Uni back to China.
To start off the speech, I would like to approach the context of how I got to know him. Everything happened when I was a new sophomore. As a first year student, everyone should choose at least a club to sign up for. So initially, I did not have any intention of joining VOVINAM club cuz I don’t have any taste in it if I don’t want I don’t wanna say I hate it. However, my mom, she always insisted me on taking part in that club with view to loosing my weight. So I had to obey her. But later it turned out that my determination wasn’t bad. And then on the meeting members date, I got to know him via the club manger’s introduction.
Moving on to the next point of skills he possessed for the leadership, I would like to highlight his brilliant speaking and listening skills. As a politician, more specifically, as a diplomatic spokesman of Vietnam, he had a sound speaking skill. Presenting his perspective coherently and nicely as one of the essences of his job, Binh successfully gained everyone’s belief in him and the club. Furthermore, it is of note that listening skill substantially helped him to be a leader in terms of feedback and other people’s stories. Even though he is really busy at work, spending five minutes listening to you doesn’t matter him.
Finally, if I still have time, I would like to talk about the reason why I assume that he is a good leader. I always tell with my parents that he is an elastic line and other club members are the points. Spot connecting is exactly what he trying to do to connect everyone as a team to remain the club’s sustainability. Upon all the devotions he got for the club, I just have three words for him: influential, accomplished and dedicated”
1月变题季雅思口语P2预测范文:one of your personalities
Topic:
Describe one of your personalities that you find important
You should say:
what it is
is it a common characteristic
how it is helpful to you
and explain why it is important to you.
Sample answer:
Thank you very much for the topic. It’s kind of tough to talk about someone’s own personal characteristics as I believe, the way we judge ourselves differs from the perspective other people judge us. Nonetheless, we all have our own idea about our own characteristics and I would like to talk about my ability to stay calm even in the time of distress.
I am not short tempered and I try to remain calm no matter how severe the situation is and I find it a helpful characteristic. From my own experience I can say that, whenever I got very much vibrated and acted very promptly without giving much consideration about the situation, I did not take the right decision and repented for that.
In my opinion, that should be a common characteristic among other people but my personal experience sometimes contradicts my opinion as I often find people who can’t remain calm in an adverse situation and act very weirdly. So to say, this is not a rare quality but many people lack it.
Remaining calm and using brain rather than the tongue is a helpful characteristic as it would help you taking the right decision and would show you the right way and course of actions. Being very fragile in action and taking a prompt decision without thinking can sometimes lead us to misunderstand and can ruin relationships. Not being able to remain calm also shows your weakness and that often allure you to take a completely wrong decision.
To me, this is a very important characteristic. This quality has saved me from making many mistakes and saved me from lamenting later on. Being able to remain calm in an adverse situation helps me taking the right decision and that’s something which I find very helpful in my personal and professional life.
