Offices have two major pieces of equipment, computers and copy machines. Computers are probably the most useful; they can make work much easier. Without computers things would be much harder to do (and I wouldn't have a job.)

Often the big boss wants to know why you have not finished a report or project. This lesson explains a few common excuses you can use to satisfy your boss when you are unsure about an outcome.
